Intellectual Property Rights

Any and all intellectual property rights of the art displayed at arthub.nz or any of its sub-domains remains that of the artist that created the work. The single exception being where the artist that created the artwork has given written tranferance to another party. The host does not trade in intellectual property rights with artists or customers. 
At no point does the host deem itself the owner, nor pass on any rights to other organisations or individuals. 

Payment

Annual renewals are to be paid in advance. Lack of payment will find the site disabled and the name will become available for others to use after a period of one month.
The creation and initial setup for awebsite has a $100 deposit required in advance. If using online credit card payments vial Print and Prosper, a fee of 3.4% will be added to the cost. 
Internet payments are accepted directly to the ASB bank account of: 12-3167-0194875-00 and must include the name registered.

Removal of Artwork from Arthub.nz or any subdomain thereof

All material posted is to adhere to PG-13 guidelines or less as far as any riske element is concerned. 
The host reserves the right to remove anything deemed as objectionable materials. 

No Guarrantee

It is the artists responsibility to respond to inquiries and purchases from potential customers. The host, provides no guarrantee that the artist will respond to any inquiries.
